Refund Policy

At Globle Connect, we strive to provide high-quality server hosting and infrastructure services. Because our services involve the allocation of digital resources and server uptime, our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to all our clients.

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new clients on our Shared Hosting and VPS (Virtual Private Server) plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Eligibility: This guarantee only applies to the first service purchased by a new customer.
  • Exclusions: Dedicated Servers, Cloud Infrastructure setups, Domain Registrations, and one-time Setup Fees are strictly non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Terms of Service Violations: If your account or server is suspended or terminated due to prohibited activities (e.g., DDoS attacks, spamming, hosting illegal content, or unauthorized crypto mining).
  • Cryptocurrency Payments: Due to the high volatility of digital assets and network transaction fees, all payments made via USDT, Bitcoin, or other Cryptocurrencies are strictly non-refundable.
  • Renewal Payments: Automatic or manual renewals of existing services are considered final and non-refundable.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if the user decides they no longer require the server after the initial 7-day period has passed.

3. Technical Issues & SLA

If you experience a major technical failure or downtime that falls below our guaranteed uptime (99.9%) and our technical team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our billing department:

  • Email: payments@globleconnect.online
  • Required Info: Please include your Invoice Number, Service ID, and a brief reason for the request.

Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 5 to 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used (excluding Crypto).

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication with our support team will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of all active services and accounts associated with Globle Connect.
