At Globle Connect, we strive to provide high-quality server hosting and infrastructure services. Because our services involve the allocation of digital resources and server uptime, our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to all our clients.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new clients on our Shared Hosting and VPS (Virtual Private Server) plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
If you experience a major technical failure or downtime that falls below our guaranteed uptime (99.9%) and our technical team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 5 to 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used (excluding Crypto).
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication with our support team will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of all active services and accounts associated with Globle Connect.
